<p>Hello dear,</p><p>All of them are recommended for IFX cap sense design.</p><p>1. CintA and CintB are two external caps required for the operation of a CSC block in Mutual cap sensing mode.</p><p>2. CMOD - requires one external cap for CSD guard sensor design</p><p>3.
